YES. New clients, are required to have a consultation prior to booking a service with “Denise Larell Hair Studio.”
YES. Shampoo is included in your services. You do not have to arrive shampooed.
YES. We Have options that hair can be included in your service. Please read the description of the service that
you’re selecting to be sure.
YES. The deposit made during your initial booking does go towards your service. Your deposit is also NON-refundable.
However, you use your deposit for up to ONE rescheduled date.
You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your service and you have to reschedule within 14 days of your
original appointment date. If you cancel and can not reschedule within the allotted time, you forfeit your deposit.
NO. Regretfully, we do not allow any additional guests/children.To maintain a serene and focused atmosphere during scheduled appointments, we kindly request that you attend your hair appointment alone. Additionally, for safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate children in the salon.
